Welcome to Foreverly. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Foreverly provides AI-powered image editing and generation services designed specifically for couples, utilizing advanced models such as Google Gemini. The service operates on a Token-based model, where specific actions require the consumption of virtual tokens.

2. User Accounts & Anonymous Authentication

  • Anonymous Sign-in: We utilize Firebase Anonymous Authentication to prioritize your privacy. We do not collect your email address or personal contact information for the creation of these accounts.
  • Risk of Data Loss: Because accounts are anonymous and tied to your specific device, if you delete the app or change your device, your account data—including any remaining token balance—will be permanently lost. We cannot recover tokens or data for lost anonymous accounts.

3. Tokens and Subscriptions

  • Token Packs: Users may purchase one-time token packs including Mini (30 tokens), Small (100 tokens), Medium (220 tokens), and Large (500 tokens).

  • Monthly Subscriptions: We offer recurring monthly tiers including Starter (100 tokens/mo), Plus (250 tokens/mo), and Premium (600 tokens/mo).

  • Premium Benefits: Active subscribers enjoy additional benefits such as:

    • No Ads: Removal of all banner advertisements.
    • Pro Model Access: Use of the Gemini Pro model for superior results.
    • No Watermarks: Clean, professional image outputs.
    • Enhanced Quality: Higher resolution outputs and exclusive styles.

  • Payments: All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

    3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

    • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the time of purchase confirmation.
    • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless the auto-renew feature is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
    • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen tier.
    • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Refund Policy

  • All purchases of tokens and subscriptions are final and non-refundable by the developer.
  • Any refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they manage the billing and transaction lifecycle.

5. Content and Photo Processing

  • Temporary Processing: Photos uploaded for AI editing are processed temporarily and are immediately discarded after the request is complete.
  • Privacy: We do NOT store your photos on our servers and do NOT use your photos to train AI models.
  • AI Outputs: While you are granted rights to use the AI-generated results, we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to use Foreverly to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app's infrastructure or AI models.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use this application. By using Foreverly, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Foreverly shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service or the loss of anonymous account data.
