Welcome to Foreverly. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

1. Photo Processing & AI Safety

We process images with a "privacy-first" approach:

  • Temporary Processing: Photos are converted to Base64 strings for AI processing.
  • No Storage: We do NOT store your original or processed photos on our servers.
  • Immediate Disposal: Images are sent to the Google Gemini API for real-time generation and are immediately discarded after the result is returned.
  • No AI Training: Your photos are never used to train or improve AI models.

2. Data Collection & Subscriptions

To provide our services and manage your purchases, we collect:

  • Anonymous Authentication: We use Firebase Anonymous Auth. We do NOT collect your name or email. Your account is identified only by a unique Anonymous UID.
  • Subscription & Purchase Data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions (Starter, Plus, Premium, Yearly). This includes transaction IDs and renewal status, which are linked to your anonymous UID.
  • App Stability: Anonymized crash reports and performance data are collected via Firebase Crashlytics to ensure app stability.

3. Third-Party Services

We share strictly necessary data with:

  • Google Firebase: For anonymous auth and secure database management. Firebase privacy
  • RevenueCat: For processing and validating in-app subscriptions. Revenuecat privacy
  • Apple (App Store) & Google (Play Store): For payment processing and subscription management.

4. Subscription Management & Data Rights

  • Managing Subscriptions: All auto-renewable subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. You can cancel at any time.
  • Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your anonymous UID and associated token balance by contacting us at the email below.

5. Advertising (Android Version Only)

  • Google Advertising ID (AD_ID): Only used in the Android version for banner ads, analytics, and fraud prevention.
  • iOS Policy: We do NOT use IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or the ATT framework on iOS. We do not track users across other apps or websites on Apple devices.
